Five weeks ahead:
The Church & Ministry team should set or approve the date and clear it with the AM/ACM/CM who will be attending the service.
Contact the new minister to obtain details needed for the invitation.

Four weeks ahead:
Email the completed invitation to the Association office. The secretary will send it out to all Association churches, clergy, and committee members, and notify Lisa to add to the E-Bulletin.

Fill out a Certificate of Installation, and a wallet ID card if needed, and place them in a presentation folder to be given to the minister at the Installation Service. (If the minister has already been serving in Michigan, he/she may already have a wallet card). Keep a copy of the certificate and card, and give copies to the Association office.
