Using our gifts of love, time, talent and treasure; we serve vulnerable people by partnering to fill gaps in the meeting basic needs; listen to the land as co-collaborators with the earth; and nurture connection in a learning community.

Dreams for the 20 acres of land at M72 and Bugai Road, Traverse City include:
- Community Center that houses sleeping spaces, meeting spaces, offices, kitchen, day care, senior care, social gatherings, weddings, worship, income producing activity for New Waves and more
- Housing homeless, workforce, and/or low/fixed income people
- Agricultural activities that address food insecurity, health and wellness, and income-producing for farmers
- Peace, justice and reconciliation around issues of race and religion and economics
- Education around healthy sexuality
- Programs around the arts, drama and music
- Youth values - moral education and cooperative activities
- Green space for rest, renewal, and building resilience
- Renewable energy/net zero carbon footprint
