You can still attend the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Michigan Conference UCC. The online registration page is no longer available, however you can download the paper registration (HERE) - fill it out and bring it with you to the Annual Meeting. If paying by check, please make checks payable to: Michigan Conference UCC, or fill out the credit card information - including the 3 digit code.

We have a special event planned and we're excited to share all of the details with you!

We are changing our format and doing things a little differently this year. This year's events will begin Friday Evening, October 13th - with the Friday Night Award Banquet (pre-registration was required). Check-in begins at 5:45 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30 p.m. The award banquet will be held at the Old Town Marquee, located at 319 E. Grand River Ave., Lansing.

Saturday, October 14th - starts with Hearings at 9:00 a.m. - held at First Christian Church, located at 1001 Chester Road (just kitty-corner across the street from St. Stephen's Community Church); followed by worship, at St. Stephen's. Plenary #1 will begin after worship, followed by lunch back at First Christian Church. The afternoon will bring workshops (at both St. Stephen's and First Christian), Plenary #2, Budget presentation, Resolutions, and the Friends of the Conference kick-off.


Annual Meeting Fees:

>Annual Meeting without lunch ($25)

>Retired Clergy, Retired Clergy Spouse - Youth, MID without lunch ($20)

The deadline to register and include meals was October 2, 2017

Display Space:
Display space is available Saturday, October 14th only. Display and Vendor space is located in the lower level of St. Stephen's Community Church, UCC. Access to this space begins at 7:30 a.m. ALL display representatives and vendors are expected to register as a "Visitor" for the meeting. 

Childcare: Childcare will be available at Annual Meeting. If you are in need of childcare, please be sure to mark your registration accordingly. Additional paperwork will be emailed to you. Please fill this out in its entirety and bring it with you to Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting, will again be a paperless meeting. All Annual Meeting materials will be available - HERE - on our website prior to the meeting. We strongly encourage churches to print all desired materials for their delegates. Please look for materials near the end of September - early October. Thank you!
