The online registration page for the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Michigan Conference UCC is now available!

We have a special event planned and we're excited to share all of the details with you!

We are changing our format and doing things a little differently this year. This year's events will begin Friday Evening, October 13th - with the Friday Night Award Banquet. The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30 p.m. The award banquet will be held at the Old Town Marquee, located at 319 E. Grand River Ave., Lansing.

Saturday, October 14th - we will gather at St. Stephen's Community Church, UCC, located at 1007 Kimberly Drive, Lansing. Beginning with worship, followed by Plenary #1. Lunch will be served at First Christian Church, located at 1001 Chester Road, Lansing. The afternoon will bring workshops (at both St. Stephen's and First Christian), Plenary #2, Budget presentation, Resolutions, and the Friends of the Conference kick-off.

Lodging:
We have contracted with two (2) area hotels that have blocks of rooms at a discounted rate. Call and make your reservation soon; the deadline to receive the discounted rate is September 13th.

Annual Meeting Fees:
You can choose one of two options for your registration this year; with or without lunch. Dinner tickets are purchased separately - only lunch is included in the registration cost. Please indicate on the online registration form (or paper form) if you would like to attend the award dinner. Children's meals should be purchased separately as well.

If you choose to not include lunch, please plan to bring your own or make other arrangements - lunch will not be available on Saturday for purchase.

Display Space:
Display space will be available. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Display and vendor space is free - however, ALL display representatives and vendors are expected to register as a "Visitor" for the meeting. A display space application is available below.

Childcare:
Childcare will be available at Annual Meeting. If you are in need of childcare, please be sure to mark your registration accordingly. Additional paperwork will be emailed to you. Please fill this out in its entirety and bring it with you to Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting, will again be a paperless meeting. All Annual Meeting materials will be available - HERE - on our website prior to the meeting. We strongly encourage churches to print all desired materials for their delegates. Please look for materials near the end of September - early October. Thank you!

Payments:
Payments are encouraged online through the safe and secure Paypal option at the end of the online registration form. Credit or debit cards are accepted - or if you have a Paypal account, you may choose that option of payment.

Paying by check is an option - HOWEVER, we ask that you mail your payment to the Conference office within 1 - 2 business days of completing your online registration. We will not take payments at the door (unless you are registering the day of) to cut down on congestion and wait times at the registration table. We thank you in advance for understanding.
